Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Lawson Tsushima Matayoshi-cho Nichome, located in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture, a 15-minute walk from Meitetsu Tsushima Station. Your duties include cashier and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, and simple food preparation including Machi Cafe items. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one with support from experienced staff, so applicants with no convenience store experience are very welcome. Shifts are available across a wide range of time slots including early morning, daytime, evening, and deep overnight, and the number of working days and hours per day is flexible — from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week. Weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are both available. Those with prior experience in convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, drug stores, or retail will be given preferential treatment on pay. Car, bicycle, and motorcycle commuting are all permitted, with staff parking available on-site.
