Job Description:

This is a cleaning staff role inside a large manufacturer's facility in Minato Ward, Nagoya, operated by building maintenance company Yoshida Bisou. Your duties include wiping down cafeteria tables, cleaning and disinfecting toilet facilities, cleaning meeting room furniture, sweeping stairways and shared areas, replenishing consumable supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Work is divided among the team and carried out using vacuum cleaners and hand tools — no specialist machinery or prior cleaning experience is required; household cleaning skills transfer directly to this role. Working hours are mornings only (08:00-15:00 with a one-hour lunch break), finishing in the early afternoon every day — ideal for those who want to keep evenings free for family or other commitments. Weekends and public holidays are fully off under a complete two-day weekend system, with paid leave and compassionate leave also available. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is partially covered up to 20,000 yen per month; petrol allowance is also provided for car commuters. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and social insurance is fully in place. No overtime.
