Job Description:

Clean the common areas of an office building in central Nagoya, just 1 minute from Hisayaodori Station on the Meijo Line. Duties include cleaning corridors, staircases, elevator lobbies, entrances, toilets, utility rooms, car parks, and the building exterior — all using standard equipment such as vacuum cleaners and mops, with no heavy lifting involved. Work is done as a team with tasks divided by area, making it easy to settle into a clear routine. Two shift patterns are available: a short morning slot (07:30-11:00, Saturdays only, 3.5 hours) and a full daytime slot (07:30 or 08:00 to 16:00, weekdays, 7.5 hours) — you can choose what suits your schedule. The higher rate of 1,320 yen/hour applies to the 3-day-a-week pattern; 1,260 yen/hour applies for those working more days and joining social insurance. Sundays and public holidays are always off, with year-end and New Year holidays also guaranteed. No experience required — this is a November start position.
