Job Description:

This is a seasonal confectionery packing and counter sales role at a facility in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, placed through staffing agency Techno Service, running until 26 December 2026. Your duties are placing sweets into trays (ばんじゅう) and wrapping them in packaging paper, along with counter sales assistance — straightforward, repetitive work with no prior experience needed. Working hours shift partway through the contract: until 20 November the shift is 08:30-15:00 (5 hours actual work); from 24 November onward the shift extends to 08:30-16:30 (7 hours actual work) as the busy year-end season ramps up. A subsidised bento lunch is available on-site at 380 yen. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. Please note: native-level Japanese language ability is required.
