Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff role at a new meat and fish restaurant concept launching inside Seibu Ikebukuro department store, directly connected to Ikebukuro Station east exit in Toshima Ward, Tokyo, placed through staffing company Dimple. The restaurant is a new dining format being launched by La Maison du Chocolat (ラ・メゾン・デュ・ショコラ), the renowned French luxury chocolate brand — making this a rare opportunity to work at the ground floor of a high-profile new concept from an internationally recognised name. Your duties include cooking meat and fish dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. Weekends and public holidays are included in the shift schedule — applicants must be available for some weekend work. No prior restaurant experience is required, though kitchen or food service experience is an advantage. High school graduate or above is required. A Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store 10% shopping discount is provided as a staff benefit. Transport allowance is fully covered. Annual paid leave is available.
