Job Description:

This is a guest room cleaning and bed making role at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Roppongi, a Sumitomo Fudosan Group business hotel in Roppongi, Minato Ward, Tokyo, directly connected to Roppongi-itchome Station exit 2. Your duties include making beds and replacing sheets, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, vacuuming and surface wiping, and replenishing guest room amenities. Most rooms are handled independently and at your own pace, with almost no direct guest interaction — well suited to those who prefer quiet, focused work. Three shift patterns are available: 09:00-16:00, 10:00-14:30, and 09:00-12:00 — all finishing in the afternoon, and additional patterns can be discussed. Experienced cleaners will have their prior experience recognised in the starting rate. There is no mandatory retirement age — long-term stable employment is actively supported. Transport allowance is covered at actual cost. Social insurance is fully provided. A uniform is provided. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, with contracts renewed on a 6-month basis (maximum total contract length 5 years).

Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Prior cleaning experience recognised and reflected in starting rate at employer's discretion.
