Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Yakiniku Juju Hat (焼肉ジュジュハット), a well-loved local yakiniku restaurant with two locations near Fuchu Station in Tokyo's Fuchu City, specialising in domestic Kuroge Wagyu beef and handmade Korean-style dishes. You will welcome and seat guests, take orders using a handy terminal, serve food and drinks, and handle payment — a full hall service role in a relaxed, neighbourhood restaurant atmosphere with a strong base of regular customers. The store is neither too loud nor too quiet — a comfortable middle ground that makes it well suited to first-time part-timers. Pay is cash in hand (現金手渡し tewatashi) on the 15th of the following month — no need to open a separate bank account. A late-night premium of 25% applies from 22:00 onward. A training period rate of 1,280円 applies for approximately the first 15 hours. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge after shifts — including creative specials by the chef such as beef tongue stew and other off-menu dishes. High school students are not accepted as the venue serves alcohol. Applicants must be aged 18 or over for late-night shifts from 22:00. Hair colour, piercings, and nails are all free.

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Late-night rate: 1,625円 (22:00 onwards; 25% premium). Training period rate: 1,280円 (approx. 15 hours). Salary increase based on contribution and growth. Pay is cash in hand on the 15th of the following month.
