Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kigawa Nishi, in Yodogawa Ward, Osaka City, a 13-minute walk from Juso Station on the Hankyu Line. Duties cover all general store operations: cashier, product ordering, shelf display, and cleaning. Multiple shift slots are available across all hours: early morning (05:00-08:00), daytime (08:00-20:00), evening (20:00-22:00), and overnight deep-night (22:00-05:00). All shifts from 05:00 to 22:00 pay the same base rate of 1,177 yen including training; the deep-night rate from 22:00 to 05:00 is 1,471 yen (深夜手当 shinya-teate, statutory 25% premium), with the same rate applying during the roughly 1-month training period. Staff promotion to full-time employment (月給25万円～) is also available. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
