Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at FamilyMart Namba Naka 2-chome in Naniwa ward, Osaka, just 5 minutes on foot from Namba Station on the Nankai Main Line. You will handle all general convenience store duties including cashier work (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf restocking, and store cleaning. The store has a diverse, multicultural team including international residents and students, and management trains each new member individually with patience. Two shift windows are available: daytime through evening (09:00-22:00) and late night through early morning (22:00-05:00); minimum 4 hours per shift from 2 days per week. A deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,471 yen per hour applies from 22:00 to 05:00; late-night shifts are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Bicycle and motorbike commuting are permitted; partial transport allowance is provided.
