This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Katano Hoshida, a 5-minute walk from Hoshida Station on the JR Katamachi Line in Katano City, Osaka. You will handle general convenience store duties including cashier operations, product ordering, shelf arrangement, and store cleaning. The store is not a station-front location, so the pace is relaxed and suitable for those who prefer a less rushed work environment; around 90% of current staff are students. Multiple shift slots cover all hours from early morning through to overnight; daytime hours are adjustable in 4-hour blocks or shorter by arrangement. The overnight shift (22:00-06:00) focuses on deliveries and general tasks with fewer customers — well suited to second-job holders aiming to maximise earnings. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). International students and foreign nationals are explicitly welcome.
