Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Minami-Suita Gochome in Suita City, Osaka, covering all standard combini duties including cashier work, seasonal shelf display, counter food preparation, product ordering, and store cleaning. Multiple shift slots are available seven days a week spanning early morning through overnight; as few as 3 hours per day and 2 days per week are accepted, with flexible scheduling always open to discussion. International students and foreign workers are actively welcome; a 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies for those with no experience, at a base rate of 1,177円. Certain time slots carry higher rates: early morning (07:00-13:00) at 1,250円, morning (07:00-10:00 and 10:00-13:00) at 1,200円, and evening (17:00-22:00) at 1,190円. Late-night and overnight shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
