Job Description:

Support banquets, wedding receptions and corporate events at a grand European-style hotel near Osaka Station. Duties include setting up tables and placing tableware, transporting supplies from backstage to the venue, serving food and drinks to guests, and clearing used dishes. The work is team-based and collaborative. No formal restaurant training is needed -- experience from family restaurants, izakaya or any food service role translates directly. The focus is on efficient movement and a welcoming smile. Two shift patterns are available: 11:00-20:00 and 11:00-22:00, both with 8 hours actual work and 60 minutes break. Overtime averages just 2 hours per month. Dispatched through JW Solution (JTB Group), staff receive structured hospitality training using JTB's proprietary method, covering refined table manners and service etiquette that apply anywhere. The role offers the chance to be part of milestone moments -- weddings, celebrations and corporate events -- with 20s and 30s staff making up the core team.
