Job Description:
This is a guest room and facility cleaning position at Yamato-ya Honten, a long-established ryokan (旅館 ryokan) in Minami, Osaka, a 3-minute walk from Nipponbashi Station and Kintetsu-Nipponbashi Station in Chuo Ward. Work involves vacuuming and wiping down guest rooms, preparing towels and yukata, bed making, and cleaning the newly opened sauna facilities — no customer-facing interaction and no complex tasks. The shift runs 10:00–14:30 with a minimum of 3 hours per day available, from 2 days a week — well suited to seniors, homemakers, students, and those with a second job. Senior staff provide step-by-step support, and there is no experience or prior hotel work history required to apply. Staff aged up to 69 are currently active in this role.
