Job Description:
Work as a convenience store (コンビニ) staff member at FamilyMart Osaka Station City store, located on the 11th floor of North Gate Building in Kita-ku, Osaka. Duties cover all standard combini operations including register work, product ordering, shelf display, and cleaning. The store has a step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) system with a 30-day training period so first-time part-timers can learn at a comfortable pace. Shifts are available from early morning (早朝 socho) through deep-night (深夜 shinya), with hours and days fully negotiable via shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies to shifts from 22:00 to 05:00, restricted to applicants aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law. An early-morning rate applies to the 05:00 to 09:00 slot. Meal subsidy (食事補助 shokuji-hoho), uniform (制服 seifuku), and partial transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) are all provided.
