Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Soemon-cho, five minutes on foot from Namba Station in central Osaka, covering all general store duties including cashier work, product ordering, shelf stocking, and cleaning. Five shift patterns span all hours of the day from early morning through to overnight, with as little as one day a week and three hours per shift accepted — the store is particularly flexible and encourages applicants to discuss any preferred working arrangement at interview. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) include the statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,500 yen per hour and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only. A training period applies with a slightly lower rate (1,177 yen/hr daytime, 1,471 yen/hr late-night) until training is complete. High school graduation or above is required.
