Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Ginza Tenryu Honten, a well-established Beijing cuisine restaurant founded in 1949, famous for its large dumplings (餃子 gyoza) and located on the 4th floor of a building 1 minute on foot from Ginza-itchome Station in Tokyo's Chuo ward. Duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving dishes, and wiping tables — there is no register operation as payment is handled separately. The restaurant has 101 seats across sofa, table, and counter sections; the team is small and close-knit, with current part-time staff ranging from their 20s to 50s. Shifts are flexible from 4 hours and 2 days a week with weekly schedule submission, making it easy to fit around school, family, or a second job; weekend availability is prioritised in hiring. Wages are paid in cash by hand (給与手渡し kyuuyo-tewatashi) each month — no bank account needed. Free staff meals including the restaurant's signature gyoza are provided every shift.

Wage:
