Job Description:
This is a cafe hall and kitchen staff role at the COACH cafe on Shibuya's Cat Street in Jingumae, a high-profile brand cafe where approximately 80% of guests are international visitors — English-language customer service is the primary mode of communication. Duties include customer seating and order-taking, register operation, drink preparation, light food preparation, cleaning, opening and closing duties, and occasional outdoor cafe truck service on the street. All shifts finish before 20:00, making this unusual for a cafe role — the work-life balance is a stated priority, leaving evenings free for shopping, dining, or leisure after work.
