Job Description:

This is a residential condominium caretaker and cleaning role in Roppongi, Minato ward, Tokyo, just 2 minutes on foot from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Two shift length options are available — a short 4-hour morning shift (07:30-11:30) or a longer 7-hour shift (07:30-15:30) — with the schedule running Monday through Saturday and Sundays off. Duties follow a set daily routine: building rounds and rubbish collection, shared-space cleaning (entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, rubbish area), resident and visitor enquiry handling, and a brief log and next-day preparation. No prior cleaning or property management experience is needed; full manuals and senior staff support are provided throughout. From the 4th month, direct hire conversion to contract staff at 1,300円/hour is available, with employment continuing to age 72.
