Job Description:

This is a character cafe staff role at a cosy 10-seat concept cafe in Hankyu Sanbangai, Umeda, directly connected to Umeda Station in Osaka's Kita ward — an intimate takeaway-centred space themed around white round fairy-tale characters from a Nordic forest. Duties include customer greeting and register operation, payment handling, and counter and store cleaning; after settling in, staff also assist with simple drink and food preparation by mixing specified ingredients — no cooking skill required. The store has a calm, small-team atmosphere well-suited to those who prefer a relaxed pace over high-volume chain cafe environments. Three shift patterns are available (09:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00, or 13:00-22:00) across 5 days per week including weekends. Any customer service background — convenience store, hotel, retail, restaurant — is sufficient to apply.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Monthly income example: approx. 220,500 yen (1,400 yen x 7.5h x 21 days) plus full transport allowance.
