Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sushiro (スシロー) in Kakamigahara, Gifu, located in Naka Maehora Shinmachi. Orders, payment, and plate counting are largely automated, allowing staff to focus on guest interaction, seating, drinks service, dishwashing, sushi preparation, and kitchen prep. Shari rice is shaped by machine, so no specialist sushi skills are needed; training is provided from day one and beginners are fully supported by senior staff. A 60-hour training period (研修 kenshuu) applies at 1,065 yen before moving to the standard rate of 1,100 yen or above. Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an extra 50 yen per hour, and an advance pay system (給与前払い kyuuyo-maebara) lets you access earned wages before the regular pay date. Shifts run within the 09:00-23:30 window with a minimum of 3 hours and 2 days per week; the schedule is submitted weekly for easy adjustment around school or family plans. High school students and those under 18 are restricted to shifts ending by 22:00.

Wage:
