Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making role at Super Hotel Ogaki Ekimae, located a 5-minute walk south of Ogaki Station. Duties include bathroom cleaning, bed making, vacuuming floors, and restocking amenities — no customer contact is involved, making this ideal for those who prefer independent, focused work. Experienced staff provide thorough, patient training (研修 kenshuu), so those with a career gap or no hotel experience can start with confidence. The shift runs 09:50-14:50, and a minimum of 2 days per week is required; shorter daily hours can also be negotiated. An incentive bonus of 340 yen or more per room applies once a set number of rooms is completed in a day, giving motivated staff the chance to earn significantly more. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is scheduled to be introduced (rules apply), and a 20,000-yen joining bonus is currently available (rules apply).

Wage:

1,080円 (per hour) Training period (1 month): 1,065円. Per-room incentive bonus of 340円 or more per room once daily quota is exceeded. Salary increase based on performance. Joining bonus of 20,000円 (rules apply). Happy Bonus of 20,000円 for 45+ days worked in first 3 months (rules apply).
