Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Kani (丸亀製麺可児店), a popular udon restaurant chain, handling hall service, kitchen cooking, dishwashing, and cashier duties. Tasks are divided into clear roles -- hall clearing, washing up (洗い場 araiba), cashier (レジ reji), udon and tempura cooking -- so you can start from a position that suits your strengths. Detailed training (研修 kenshuu) and manuals are provided, so no experience is needed and those returning after a career break are very welcome. Shifts run across the window of 08:30 to 23:00 under a flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei); day, hours, and duration are all negotiable, including weekday-only or weekend-only arrangements. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth of food), and the family canteen system gives children of staff up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals. Toridoll group staff discount of up to 25% applies at group restaurants, and is also available to family and friends. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted with petrol costs reimbursed under company rules.
