Job Description:

This is a baked confectionery inspection and packing role at a well-known Japanese sweets manufacturer's factory in Fushimi ward, Kyoto, accessible from Chushojima Station on the Keihan Main Line (12 minutes walk) or by bus (3 minutes from Shimomisu bus stop). Tasks involve visually checking individually wrapped cookies and gift baked goods for major cracks or chips, boxing approved items neatly, and cleaning used tools and equipment — a robot system provides a secondary check so any minor misses are caught automatically. The work is performed in a quiet, temperature-controlled environment; the baking ovens are completely sealed off in a separate room so there is no heat in the work area. Two shift start times are available: 09:00 or 10:00, each running 7 hours of actual work with a 1-hour break — no overtime, guaranteed finish on time. An advance pay system (前払い maebarai) is available for urgent cash needs, and weekly payment is also offered subject to conditions. The canteen provides low-cost lunches at 300-400 yen, and a comfortable break room with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, tatami area, TV, and books is available for all staff.

Wage:
