Job Description:

This is an evening parcel sorting role at Sagawa Express Tokyo Logistics Centre (佐川急便東京ロジスティックスセンター) in Koto ward, Tokyo, operated by SG Fielder — an SG Holdings Group staffing company — just 5 minutes walk from Minami-Sunacho Station on the Tozai Line. Tasks are divided into four simple duties: pulling packages off conveyor belts and directing them into lanes (荷引き niyiki), loading sorted packages into delivery boxes or trucks by destination (荷積み nidzumi), sorting small items such as envelopes by delivery address (小物仕分け komono-wakeke), and unloading arriving trucks onto conveyor belts (荷下ろし nioroshi). Individual packages are lightweight and compact — no heavy lifting — making this accessible for those uncertain about physical work. The shift runs 18:00-21:00 (3 hours, no break), 3 or more days per week; available days span Monday through Sunday and public holidays (Sunday shifts begin from September). A daily advance pay system (稼働分仮払い制度) lets you receive the previous day's earnings the following day via smartphone — no waiting for monthly pay day. Hair colour, piercings, beards, and nail art are all freely permitted (excessively long nails are not).
