Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Akabane Genghis Khan, a lively yakiniku restaurant on Akabane Silkroad with the energy and atmosphere of an izakaya rather than a formal steakhouse. Hall duties include calling in customers from out front, greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payment; kitchen duties cover raw lamb preparation, side dish cooking, plating, dishwashing, and cleaning. The restaurant is popular with a young crowd and draws customers from neighbouring shops along the Silkroad, creating a sociable working environment where staff get to know other part-timers in the area. Weekday shifts run from 14:00 or 17:00 to 23:00; weekend and holiday shifts start from 11:00 — with no early mornings and no overtime, suiting those who prefer later starts. Cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available, and the full transport allowance is paid.
