Job Description:

Work as a cooking staff member in the restaurant and banquet kitchens of a first-class hotel near Tennoji Station in Osaka, preparing both Japanese and Western cuisine. Duties include ingredient preparation, portioning and plating, and counter cooking — working as part of a team that values mutual support and cooperation. A cooking licence is not required, but practical cooking experience in food service or a hotel setting is essential; those wanting to develop skills in a high-end hotel environment are particularly encouraged to apply. Four shift options cover early morning through to evening (06:30–15:00, 07:00–15:30, 11:00–19:30, 13:00–21:30), with weekends and public holidays included in the rotation.
