Job Description:

Work as a cleaning staff member at a 40-storey high-rise condominium in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, maintaining the common areas and guest rooms to a high residential standard. Duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning toilets and washrooms in common areas, collecting and sorting rubbish, and bed-making in guest rooms as part of a 2–3 person team. The building is generally kept in good condition so heavy-duty cleaning is rarely required; most staff are comfortable with the routine within about one month. Shifts run from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekdays with weekends and Saturdays off and minimal overtime (under 5 hours per month). Advance payment (前払い maepayment) is available under Admic's prepayment system (conditions apply).
