Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Sumibide Toriya, a charcoal-grilled yakitori restaurant in Omori, Ota-ku, Tokyo, just 3 minutes walk from Omori Station. The restaurant uses QR code ordering, so customers place orders from their own phones — significantly reducing order-taking pressure and making the role beginner-friendly from day one. Duties cover serving dishes, light customer interaction, and keeping the dining area tidy; the head chef handles all cooking. Shifts run from 18:00 to midnight, with a separate 22:00–00:00 late-night slot available at 1,625 yen/hour (statutory deep-night premium). Cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available, and free staff meals (makanai) including seasonal dishes and takeout options are provided after every shift. An adoption bonus of 5,000 yen is paid 6 months after joining.
