Job Description:

Work as cafe and sales staff at Pierre Hermé Paris, the internationally renowned French patisserie brand, located in Diamor Osaka shopping complex in Umeda, Osaka. Duties include serving cafe customers, selling macarons, chocolates, cakes, madeleines, and financiers, operating the register, gift-wrapping purchases, stocking shelves, and store cleaning. The brand is known for its meticulous product range and upscale atmosphere; prior customer service experience is required, and a love of sweets is a genuine advantage. Shifts run within a 09:30–21:30 window in 8-hour blocks, with weekends and public holidays included in the rotation. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and a Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store 10% shopping discount is included as a staff benefit.
