Job Description:
Work as a patissier at a celebrated Ginza salon de cafe, preparing signature sweets including chocolate parfaits and Jamaican sundaes using recipes passed down through generations of the establishment. Duties include cutting and measuring ingredients, preparing and finishing cakes, parfaits, and drinks, plating to exacting aesthetic standards, and washing up — every detail from angle of presentation to appearance through the glassware matters in creating a memorable experience for guests. The kitchen is a stimulating environment where patisserie school graduates and ambitious young pastry chefs develop skills together; a love of sweets and an eye for presentation are the key qualities sought. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and a Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store 10% shopping discount is included as a staff benefit.
