Job Description:
Work at FamilyMart Karasuma Teranouchicho store (ファミリーマート 烏丸寺ノ内店) in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, 5 minutes from Kuramaguchi Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line. Duties cover all general convenience store operations: cashier (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf stocking, store display, and cleaning; all time bands share the same base rate and senior staff teach everything from scratch. Four shift slots are available covering all hours from early morning through overnight; even 1 day per week and 4 to 5 hours per shift is fine, and hours and days are fully negotiable. The overnight shift (22:00-07:00) earns a statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,403 yen per hour; night shifts are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A 14-day training period applies at the same rate. Foreign nationals and international students are especially welcome.
