Job Description:
Work as a licensed cook (調理師 chourishi) at a nursery school (保育園 hoikuen) for up to 33 children in Shimo, Kita-ku, Tokyo, 6 minutes from Akabane Station. You will be responsible for all cooking duties, preparing nutritious meals for children aged 2 months to preschool age; menus are planned by a registered dietitian nationwide so you do not need to create balanced meal plans from scratch -- menu arrangement and personal touches are welcome. Shifts run within an 08:00-16:00 window with around 6 hours of actual work per day; flexible start times (e.g. 10:00-14:00) and weekday-only arrangements are available on request. This is a solo cooking role (一人調理 hitori-chouri) but nursery teaching staff assist as needed. A cooking licence (調理師免許 chourishi-menkyo) is required; short university/vocational college graduation or above is preferred.
Wage:
1,600円 (per hour)
Rate varies by experience and qualifications: 1,600円-1,800円/hr.
