Job Description:
Join the opening team at Yakiniku Maguma Kunitachi (焼肉マグマ 国立), a new yakiniku (焼肉) restaurant that opened in July 2026 on the second floor of a building 4 minutes from Kunitachi Station, run by former WBC World Super-Flyweight Champion Sato Yota. Hall staff handle customer greeting, order taking, drink and side dish preparation, and table clearing; kitchen staff assist with food preparation and cooking -- everyone starts together from the same point, making this ideal for first-time workers. Three pay tiers apply: lunchtime hall (①1,250円/hr, 11:00-14:30), dinner hall (②1,280円/hr, 17:00-23:00), and dinner kitchen/senior (③1,350円/hr); weekend rates are higher across all slots. Minimum 2 hours per shift and 1 day per week; flexible around university schedules and second jobs. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge, and cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Tuesday is the fixed day off; last train times are considered when assigning shifts.
