Job Description:
Join the opening team at Oedo Onsen Monogatari Minoo Kanko Hotel (大江戸温泉物語 箕面観光ホテル), a hot spring hotel in Minoo, Osaka, reopening with a full renovation on 1 October 2026, 5 minutes from Minoo Station on the Hankyu Minoo Line. Duties include vacuuming and cleaning hotel common areas, large communal baths (大浴場 daiokujou), and restrooms, restocking amenities, and checking for lost property -- quiet, methodical solo work suited to those who prefer to focus without customer interaction. Two shift bands are available: 08:00-17:00 and 12:00-22:00, with other start times negotiable within the 08:00-22:00 window; a minimum of 4 hours per day and 3 days per week is required, with weekend availability welcome. A 2-month training period applies at the same rate; senior staff guide you step by step. Staff can use the on-site hot spring baths (温泉 onsen), and a hotel stay discount of up to 30% is available. Hair colour, nail art, and piercings are permitted within workplace rules; car and motorbike commuting are allowed with free on-site parking.
