Job Description:
Join the opening team at Yakitori Nakamichi (焼き鳥 なかみち), a stylish new yakitori bar in Umeda, Osaka's city centre, 3 minutes from Umeda Station -- an adult-oriented, Instagram-friendly restaurant that is recruiting 30 or more opening staff. Hall staff handle customer greeting and seating, order taking, food and drink service (配膳 haizen), and table clearing; kitchen staff start with drink preparation and simple cooking and plating, then build up from there -- no prior experience is needed and training covers everything from scratch. Shifts run within a 13:00 to 23:30 window with 2-week advance scheduling; from 3 hours per day and 2 to 3 days per week, with weekday-only, weekend-only, and late-night focus all possible. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,562 yen per hour; post-training standard rate is 1,250 yen per hour. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) and staff meals (まかない makanai) are available. High school students may work until 22:00 only.
