Job Description:
Work at FamilyMart Tachikawa Akebono-cho Ichome store (ファミリーマート 立川曙町一丁目店), 3 minutes from Tachikawa Station, where a structured qualification system (SST) means your pay rises as your skills grow. Duties cover all general convenience store operations: cashier (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf stocking and POP display creation, and cleaning; those who enjoy thinking about what sells and how to display it will find extra satisfaction in this role. Five shift slots are available from early morning through to overnight; as little as 3 hours per day and 1 day per week is fine. The overnight shift (22:00-06:00) earns a statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,550 yen per hour and is open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Pay increases through the SST qualification path: entry 1,240円 → Famima Master 1,280円 → Sub-Trainer 1,300円 → Trainer 1,340円 → Master 1,390円 (per hour, daytime). High school and university students are not eligible for this position.
Wage:
1,240円 (per hour)
Deep-night rate (22:00-05:00): 1,550円/hr (statutory 25% premium; up to 1,738円/hr with SST qualifications). Daytime SST progression: 1,280円 / 1,300円 / 1,340円 / 1,390円/hr by qualification level. Annual salary increase via SST system.
