Job Description:

This is a cookie and baked confectionery inspection and packing role at a well-known Japanese sweets manufacturer's factory in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto. You will visually check individually wrapped gift cookies for cracks and chips, box checked items neatly, and clean equipment after each shift — a straightforward, quiet, standing task in a fully air-conditioned environment. A robot double-checks any items you might miss, so the pressure of visual inspection is kept low and the pace is comfortable. The baking ovens are in a completely separate sealed room, so the work floor stays cool all year round. Shifts run from 09:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 (7 hours actual work), with guaranteed on-time departure and no overtime. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available under company rules; weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is also available. The factory has a canteen with lunches from 300 to 400 yen, a rest room with fridge, microwave, and TV, and individual lockable lockers.
