Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making role at Smart Place Inn Kyoto Shijo-Omiya Station, a stylish designer hotel in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, a 4-minute walk from Omiya Station. The hotel is a relatively new building, so the work is more about maintaining cleanliness than deep cleaning — making it a manageable and satisfying role where progress is easy to see. Shifts run from 11:00 to 15:00 on a minimum of 2 days per week, finishing in the early afternoon and leaving the rest of the day free for other commitments or a second job. The workplace has a relaxed, non-hierarchical culture — staff feedback on tools and workflow is actively welcomed, and the manager works closely with the team on improvements. A 120-hour training period applies at the same base rate of 1,170 yen throughout. Hair colour, nails, piercings, beard, and accessories are all permitted.
