Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Ra-men Zundoya Shinjuku Kabukicho store, a Toridoll group Himeji-style rich tonkotsu ramen restaurant in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, a 3-minute walk from Seibu-Shinjuku Station. The restaurant is open 24 hours, offering maximum flexibility — you can work any time slot that suits your schedule, from early morning through to late night and overnight. Duties include customer service, cooking and plating ramen and other menu items, cashier duties, and dishwashing — all covered by a detailed manual and step-by-step training so no prior experience is needed. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn the statutory 25% deep-night premium; shifts are available from 22:00 for applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 50% off on all menu items. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) up to 30,000 yen per month. Hair colour, style, beard, and piercings are permitted subject to conditions confirmed at interview. Nails are not permitted. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
