Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Obanzai Bar Namba Eight, a small, friendly Osaka-style tapas bar in Naniwa-ku, Osaka, a 5-minute walk from Namba Station. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and handle general hall duties in an intimate, conversation-friendly environment where regulars are common and customer interaction is part of the appeal. The team is small so everyone is close, and questions are always easy to ask — making this a good fit for first-time workers and those returning after a break. Shifts run from 16:30 to 03:00; finishing at the last train is also accepted, and deep-night only slots are available. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) are both available under company rules. Staff transport is provided. Staff meals (まかない makanai) included.
