Job Description:

This is a pastry shop sales and cafe hall staff role at a colourful sweets brand in Nishi-Shinsaibashi, Osaka — a direct walk from Shinsaibashi Station. You will handle in-store sales of decorative iced cookies, character cakes, and Osaka's famous roll cake, assist customers in selecting and carefully boxing their choices, process payments, and handle gift wrapping and noshi presentation. As you gain confidence, you can take on cafe hall duties in the adjoining space — serving items, clearing tables, and preparing simple drinks. Shifts run on a rotating schedule of 09:00-18:00 or 10:30-19:30, covering 4 to 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays. Prior customer service or retail experience is required. High school graduate or above.
