Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Sanzen Sushi, a well-known sushi restaurant in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo — a 1-minute walk from Shinjuku Station — that has been featured on multiple TV programmes. You will guide guests to their seats, take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables, and handle simple dishwashing duties in a lively, popular restaurant known for its beautifully presented sushi. The restaurant attracts many international customers, making it a good environment for those who want to use or improve a foreign language, though no English ability is required. Shifts are fully flexible within the 10:00 to 23:00 window — lunch only, dinner only, or full day all accepted — from a minimum of 1 day per week. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn a 25% premium on the base rate. Pay is monthly with cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) available. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided including seasonal seafood on some days. Group store discount also available at approximately 10 affiliated locations within a 5-minute walk.
