Job Description:

This is an office building cleaning role at a building in Tanimachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka, a 2-minute walk from Tenmabashi Station — operated by Kansai Meisho, a building maintenance company that frames its work as 「清装」(seisou) — maintaining comfortable spaces, not just cleaning them. You will clean common areas including floors, toilets (including women's restrooms), and collect rubbish throughout the building — straightforward, focused work with no specialist experience required. The shift runs from 06:30 to 14:00 with 90 minutes of break (actual work 6 hours), leaving the afternoon entirely free. Overtime is almost never required. A comfortable staff rest area is provided with air conditioning, fridge, and microwave. Transport allowance is provided up to 30,000 yen per month. The company covers costs for professional qualifications including Building Cleaning Technician and Hospital Cleaning Contractor credentials for those who wish to upskill.
