Job Description:

This is a registration-based dispatch role through Will Agency, offering food factory light work at various worksites in the Kobe area, with the registration venue located near Sannomiya Station. Work includes topping assembly, sorting, weighing, quality inspection, and sorting of completed bento and prepared foods — tasks vary by worksite but are all simple and suitable for first-time factory workers. Day and night shift options are available; specific hours (08:00-17:00, 09:00-17:30, or 09:00-18:00) and wage rates (1,116円-1,600円) vary depending on the assigned worksite. A free shuttle bus is provided from Sannomiya Station area to the worksites, and casual clothing and any hair colour are accepted. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available; the minimum contract is 3 months and this is a dispatch (派遣 haken) placement.

Wage:

1,116円 (per hour) Upper rate depending on worksite: up to 1,600円/hour. Overtime pay at 1.25x rate (for work exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week). Holiday premium at 1.35x rate (7th day of the week counted from Monday).
