Job Description:

Work at Makino, a tempura set meal restaurant in Sannomiya Center Plaza run by the Toridoll Group. Duties cover greeting customers and taking orders, frying prawns and vegetables to order, preparing rice and miso soup, register work, dishwashing and store cleaning. The counter kitchen serves proper tempura at reasonable prices, and you start by learning the menu and clearing tables. Clear recipes and a frying time manual are provided, so no experience is needed, and training is given step by step. The shift runs from 09:00 to 18:00 with a minimum of 2 hours a day and 2 days a week, and weekday-only or weekend-only patterns are both possible. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay 1,350円 or more per hour. Staff meals (まかない makanai) cost 120円 regardless of your shift time, and a family canteen system gives up to 5,000円 per month per child aged 15 or under. Pay is calculated to the minute, transport is covered up to 50,000円 a month, and the store is 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Sannomiya and Motomachi stations.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday rate of 1,350円 or more per hour. Clear salary increase system with performance evaluation. Bonus system available. Pay calculated in one minute units.
