Job Description:

This is a building cleaning role at an event and exhibition space in Toranomon, Minato Ward, Tokyo, a 5-minute walk from Toranomon Hills Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Work involves wiping and sweeping the event space and surrounding areas, following a set cleaning route through each zone; female-only areas including women's changing rooms and toilets are also included in the cleaning scope (female applicants only, exempt under Equal Employment Opportunity Law). Five shift patterns are available: 07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00, 13:00-22:00, and 14:00-23:00, each with a 60-minute break — staff can avoid the morning rush by choosing a later start time. Once the basic routine is learned, the work becomes a predictable pattern, making it easy to maintain long-term. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via advance payment on request (rules apply), and this is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement of 3 months or more. Female applicants only.

Wage:

1,600円 (per hour) Overtime pay at 1.25x rate (for work exceeding 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week). Holiday premium at 1.35x rate (7th day of the week counted from Monday). Advance payment available on request (規定あり).
