Job Description:

This is an application form processing role at an office in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, accessible from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, handling health examination reservation documents for a medical services company. Work involves checking faxed and mailed application forms to verify whether reservations are confirmed, sorting them accordingly, converting group booking names to individual names, checking examination content, transferring data, and creating and printing examination tickets. Phone handling is also included — outbound calls to clarify errors on forms and receiving callback responses. The shift runs 08:30-17:00 (weekdays only, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off) with almost no overtime (under 10 hours/month). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, and this is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement through Sogo Career Option with a 14-day trial period.

Wage:
