Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Kohnan Nakamozu, an udon restaurant a 6-minute walk from Shirasagi Station on the Nankai Koya Line in Sakai City's Kita Ward, Osaka. Duties are divided across clear roles: clearing tables, dishwashing, cashier operations, and preparing udon, tempura, and rice dishes — tasks are introduced one at a time so there is no pressure to learn everything at once. Shifts are drawn from the 08:00-18:00 window, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week; weekend-only arrangements are available, and the weekly self-report schedule allows easy adjustment. Pay is calculated to the nearest minute, and staff meals are available at 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. The family canteen scheme provides up to 10,000 yen per month per child (up to age 15) on a dedicated card for eligible staff. Japanese language at JLPT N1 level or equivalent is required for this position. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.

Wage:
