Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Toridan Tamaizumi, a lively yakitori izakaya a 1-minute walk from Tamaizumi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line in Nishiari Ward, Osaka. Kitchen duties include simple cooking assistance, dishwashing, and prep work; hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and cashier operations — kitchen applicants are given priority in hiring right now. Shifts run between 17:00 and 01:00 (overnight), with two main slots: evening (17:00-22:00) and late night (22:00-01:00 overnight); a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is all that is required, and weekend-only arrangements are welcome. The late-night slot (22:00 onwards) attracts the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1.25x — bringing the rate to 1,475円/hour and up to 1,875円 for top-rate staff. Pay is cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) — no bank transfer; free staff meals are provided. Applicants must be aged 20 or over as the venue permits smoking.

Wage:

1,180円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (22:00 onwards, statutory 1.25x): 1,475円/hour. After salary increase to max 1,500円: 1,875円/hour after 22:00. Salary increase available (随時昇給; some staff have reached 1,500円/hour).
