Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Batacocinq, a relaxed French bistro specialising in Japanese ingredients and wine, located in a quiet residential area of Meguro Ward, a 3-minute walk from Gakugei-Daigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, making drinks, and serving food; kitchen duties include food prep and simple cooking assistance — a dedicated training staff member teaches everything from scratch at the applicant's own pace. The restaurant is open Monday, Thursday, Friday (evenings) and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays (lunch and dinner); shifts run between 11:00 and 23:00 with a minimum of 3 hours per shift, and even once or twice a month is accepted. The calm, intimate atmosphere makes this particularly suitable for those who prefer working without the noise and rush of a typical izakaya. Pay is cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi), and transportation is fully covered. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are regular days off.
Wage:
1,300円 (per hour) Salary increase based on experience and skill acquisition (随時昇給; up to 1,500円/hour).
